If you want to backup only the subfolders of a folder or a select number of the sub folders, then you can follow these steps to achieve this goal:

1. Create a task and choose as source the parent folder of the desired sub folders.
2. In the Filters-section, set an exclude mask to *.* for this parent folder. This will exclude any file in the folder and sub folders.
   You can use the wizard by right-clicking on the parent node:
   
3. Then in the desired sub folders you set an include mask to * to include all files again in that folder and the sub folders of that folder.
   You can use the wizard by right-clicking on the sub folder node:
   

The include mask of the sub folder will winn over the exclude mask of the parent folder.
